OUR MANIFESTO

What We Strive For

Here at CubeFruit Games, we believe that the best way to get our team to produce good work is to support our team throughout their life. Our founders came up with this list of tenets to guide us whenever we work on a new project.

HEALTH OVER ACHIEVEMENT

The safety and continued livelihood of our team members is more important than commercial or academic success. Steps are to be taken to ensure that team members continue to thrive.

BEING FINISHED OVER BEING PERFECT

Our focus is on getting a working product at the end of a development cycle. Importance is placed on mechanics and ideas we can successfully complete.

COMMUNICATION OVER COMFORT

In order to best support our peers on a personal and professional level, it is important that avenues for discussion are available for all team members. The goal is to be able to speak openly and honestly.

THE PLAYER OVER THE DESIGNER

Having a final product that makes players happy is more important than the egos of our team. We acknowledge that not every idea we come up with will make the final cut.

THE TEAM OVER THE PROJECT

Allowing our team members to thrive outside of development is more important than having a successful project. Team members will have opportunity to explore their own needs and interests.
